Hon. Henry Ikoh is held from Ahuwa Oboro in Ikwuano Local Government Area of Abia State, Nigeria. Born into the Family of Late Chief Capt. Isaac Chibuihe Ikoh and Late Ezinne Rose Titi Ikoh both of Ikwueke, Oboro in Ikwuano Local Government Area of Abia State.

He is currently a Fellow of the Association of Business Executives (ABE) London, Associate Member, Chartered Institute of Administration (CIA) Nigeria.
Founder and owner of Ikoh Group of Companies which includes: Harmony Foam Nigeria Limited. Ahuwa Oboro. Ikwuano LGA, Abia State. A modern day Foam Manufacturing Industry since 1996 with a production branch in Imo State. Ikoh Oil Nig. Ltd. Macom Engineering Nig. Ltd. A state of act construction company, just to mention a few.

Former Minister of State for Science Technology and Innovation (FMSTI). 2022-2023.
Past Commissioner for Industry and Technology in Abia State in the cabinet of Governor Okezie Ikpeazu.
Built industries in 1996 and employed their kit and kin; paid them living wages and provided reticulated water in the entire villages in 1993.
Ministerial Achievements:
Initiated collaboration in human capital development as key to attaining Industrialization in Nigeria.

Promoted harmony with the Chinese, Jianchun in key areas such as integration, diversity and development in three key areas in Lagos during the 2022 Mid-Autumn Festival of China National Day and Nigeria Independence Day celebration. 2022.
Advocated for capacity building in the areas of research and development to boost the nation’s digital economy during a visit from Digital Corporation Organization, DCO, Abuja.

Advertised for due process in the appointment of Director General/Chief Executive Officer for National Centre for Technology Management (NACETEM) by ensuring effective circulation amongst all the research Institutes in Nigeria to enable interested outstanding and meritorious scientists with record of at least 5 years as Directors on CONRAISS 15 or equivalent to apply for the respective positions in National Board for Technology Incubation (NBTI), Nigerian Natural Medicine Development Agency (NNMDA) and National Center for Technology Management (NACETEM).
Approved the production of Indigenous satellites in Nigeria to boost Internet broadband penetration during the South-South dialogue between the government and stakeholders in the Science, Technology, and Innovation, STI, ecosystem in Port Harcourt.

Unveiled Centenary and Institute’s logos at National Root Crop Research Institute (NRCRI) Umudike, on the 2023 Annual Review and Planning workshop held at National Root Crops Research Institute Umudike, Abia State.
Advised the Federal Government to set up modular refineries in oil-producing communities in a bid to combat fuel scarcity and reduce unemployment while he was the Minister.
